    Seen you manual decision workflow post would like to run with you that set up the manual decision and it create 2 notificatiions: 1: acceptance and 2: for deciding choice 1 or 2, since the first notication creats but not email fail to send. However 2nd notification sent successfully
    Why first fails
    or is there is other solution that dont send the first one for acceptance of manual decision
    please advise
